Where Ethernet connectivity may not be suitable, Blaze offers a range of Broadband connectivity services designed for business use, including ADSL, FTTC, GFast and FTTP.
As with Ethernet from Blaze, each of these business Broadband services from Blaze is provisioned through the Blaze Private Core Network, yielding many cyber security and service quality benefits.
We can provide either public or private-based broadband connections with fixed IP allocations (IPV4 or IPV6), and traffic is carried through the highly resilient Blaze Private Core Network which employs the latest Cisco ASR platform architecture.
Our provisioning service installs Enterprise customer premise equipment from leading US-based manufacturers such as Fortinet and Cisco.
Optionally, we provide fully managed Stateful inspection firewalls (with a choice of cloud deployed or on premises) offering full UTM (Unified Threat Management) features.

In addition, because Blaze are an ISP we can provide national private communication links into customers locations. This enhances security and enables guaranteed end-to-end SLAs on connectivity on Blaze Network products. Private connections provide a route for your traffic that does not travel over the public internet. Non-Blaze solutions which incorporate public internet cannot provide any level of meaningful guarantee.
While there are important differences between the various types of business broadband connection, in general they will be selected (versus Blaze Ethernet services) where on balance:
- True symmetry of upload and download speeds is less necessary
- There is less of a requirement for low latency
- Lower speeds are required
- A short installation lead-time is needed
- Only temporary connection of a site is required
